Entry is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 who have fulfilled the requirements set out below.
Employees of The Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter the competition
3. Time frame
The competition commences on 1/03/2018 at 12:01 AM and closes 4/05/2018 at 11:59 PM
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon originality and creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.
To enter, entrants must first fill in an application to join Christian Super. They must also submit their name, email, phone number and answer to a short question: “How can Christian businesses have a greater impact for God’s kingdom in Australia?” Enter at the Promoter’s website: http://test.christiansuper.com.au/kbs. By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules.
Once they have applied to become a member of Christian Super, Entrants may enter as many times as they like, but if an email address is used more than once it will overwrite any previous entries attached to that email address.
5. Intellectual property
All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The promoter may use the entry for any commercial purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes.
Any entrant found to be entering incorrect contact details, including incorrect email contact details, will have all entries invalidated and any claim to any prize will be invalidated. If such an entrant is awarded a prize and then found to have breached this clause, the entrant must immediately return any prize awarded. The Promoter has sole discretion to determine if this clause has been breached by any entrant. The Promoter reserves the right to request whatever documentation it deems necessary to confirm if the entrant has breached this clause. An entrant must provide any requested documentation to the Promoter upon request.
Entries will be judged by a team of judges from Christian Super, at the Promoter’s premises on 8/5/18. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified by phone or by email within 28 days of the draw. The winner’s name will be published at www.christiansuper.com.au/win once the winner has been notified, and will remain there for 28 days from the date of notification.
If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within 28 days of the draw and the Promoter has made every effort to contact them with the information provided by the entrant, the Promoter will award the prize to another valid entrant.
The winner will receive one $1,000 Flight Centre gift card redeemable for travel and accommodation both online and over the counter. The gift card is valid for 1 year from date of Issue, and can be used to purchase anything through Flight Centre aside from Currency Cards eg Flights /Accommodation / Day Tours / Transfers / Insurance. Use of the Flight Center gift card is subject to the gift card’s own conditions of use.
The prize is non-redeemable for cash. The winner is required to obtain the relevant & suitable travel insurance at their own expense in order to be able to take the competition prize. It is the traveller’s personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to, Valid passports, visas, and health requirements, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the traveller/s. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained in connection with the prize.
